Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for Customer Support Specialist to be responsible for AdvanDate product support.

Responsibilities:
Support our customers via ticket system and in other channels
Provide information to UserPro customers
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
Determine the cause of the client reported issue
Explain and select the best solution to customers to solve the problem
Prepare reference for customers by writing instructions and tutorials
Identify possible product improvements and report them to the developers team

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience providing excellent customer service
More than 1 year experience as a WordPress user
Fluent English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical aptitude
Resourcefulness and flexibility
Advanced judgement, negotiation and problem solving skills
Superior interpersonal skills
Outstanding follow through and organizational ability
